Welcome to Tikk. By accessing or using our website (tikk.site) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Tikk is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your password.
Creating an account and listing free events is free. For paid tickets, Tikk charges a service fee of 5% + ₦100 per ticket sold. This fee is deducted automatically from the gross revenue before payout.
Payouts are processed via Paystack. Organizers must provide valid bank details. Tikk is not responsible for delays caused by the payment processor or incorrect bank details.
Tikk is a platform provider, not the event organizer. All ticket sales are final.
Organizers are solely responsible for their refund policies. If an event is cancelled, the Organizer is responsible for issuing refunds to Attendees. Tikk reserves the right to withhold payouts to Organizers in cases of suspected fraud or event cancellation.
You may not use Tikk to promote illegal acts, hate speech, violence, or fraudulent schemes. We reserve the right to remove any event and ban any user that violates these terms without prior notice.
Tikk provides the platform "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to event cancellations, personal injury at events, or financial losses.
